How do I choose a Glide Bike™ to fit my child?
A bike that fits your child properly is critical to the learning process.
Have your child stand up straight, feet slightly apart while wearing shoes. Place a book between your child’s legs, keep it parallel to the ground, and measure from the top of the book to the ground. This is your child’s inseam measurement for the purpose of determining which bike will be the perfect fit.
Locate your child’s inseam measurement below to choose the right Glide Bike: One rule of thumb is kids wearing up to a size 5 pants and shirt fit the Mini Glider. Size 5 and above fit the Go Glider. Call 910-524-1151 for any questions.

The best fit will allow the child to place their feet flat on the ground with a 25-35º bend in the knee when seated.

How do I give a Glide Bike as a gift?
Our new gift giving process is easy! Just shop first, then follow the steps below during checkout to have items sent to an address different from your own.
Gift Giving Steps
Within your shopping cart check the “This is a Gift” checkbox for each item that is a gift. This will ensure you have an opportunity to select a gift message for your gifts later in the checkout process. You will have the ability to group items by gift recipient on the Shipping & Gift Options page.
If you forgot to designate some items as gifts, don’t worry, you will have another opportunity to add more gift items on the Shipping & Gift Options page.
Shipping – Single or Multiple Addresses
Enter all of the addresses you want to ship to on the Shipping – Single & Multiple Addresses page.
If you are shipping to a single address, select a shipping method using the drop down box, fill out the address form, and make sure the Gift Giving checkbox is checked. Next click on the “Continue Checkout” button to complete the gift process.
If you are shipping to multiple addresses, select a shipping method and fill in the address form for the first address you’re shipping to and make sure the Gift Giving checkbox is checked. Then click on the SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES link below the first address form. You may add as many shipments to addresses as you like by filling in the address forms and clicking on the SHIP TO AN ADDITIONAL ADDRESS link. After entering all of the addresses you want to ship to click on the “Continue Checkout” button to go to the Shipping & Gift Options page.
Shipping & Gift Options
On the Shipping & Gift Options page you must assign a shipping address to each item. Items going to the same shipping address will be grouped together on the Order Review page.
When you reach the Order Review page, for each recipient please enter a gift message. The gift message will appear on the shipping receipt.
We’re sorry, but we cannot gift box our bikes. The bike arrives in a plain, brown box with the Glide Bikes name on it.
How do I find out if my order has shipped?
Go to the FedEx Track My Order and enter your tracking number, which can be found on your Order Confirmation email. Your Glide Bikes order was shipped from zip code 28412.
How do I assemble my Glide Bike?
Assembly instructions are included with every order. You may download an additional set of assembly instructions here.
How do I return a Glide Bike?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase; there is a 15% re-stocking fee, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Glide Bikes™ reserves the right to inspect the product for damage. Submit an email contact form for return instructions.
How do I return a Glide Bike™ that is defective or file a Warranty Claim?
Glide Bikes warrants all parts against manufacturer defects. To file a claim, simply fill out an email Warranty Claims Form and submit to us.
