We’re sorry, but we cannot gift box our bikes. The bike arrives in a plain, brown box with the Glide Bikes name on it.
How do I return a bike?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase; there is a 15% re-stocking fee, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Glide Bikes reserves the right to inspect the product for damage. Submit an email contact form for return instructions.
How do I return a bike that is defective? How do I file a Warranty Claim?
Glide Bikes warrants all parts against manufacturer defects. To file a claim, simply fill out an email Warranty Claims Form and submit to us.

How do I find out if my order has shipped?
Go to FedEx Tracking and enter your tracking number, which can be found on your Order Confirmation email. Your Glide Bikes order was shipped from zip code 28405.
